Italian sources claimed on Thursday that the Netherlands international would consider a transfer to Inter's cross-town rivals at the end of the season as the Nerazzurri look to start a new project in the summer.
"A move to Milan? That's nonsense," Sneijder told reporters. "Those reports lack foundation."
Sneijder has been strongly linked with the exit door at Inter after failing to reach the same heights of his first season at the club, when he helped the Nerazzurri win the treble of Serie A, Coppa Italia and Champions League.
Manchester United are believed to be still interested in Sneijder after being linked with the 27-year-old in both the past summer and winter transfer windows.
The former Real Madrid midfielder will miss Inter's Serie A match against Atalanta on Sunday after sustaining a groin strain during the club's 2-1 Champions League victory over Olympique de Marseille in midweek, through that win was not enough to see the Italians reach the final eight of the competition.
